JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager - Remote
JOB SUMMARY: Qmerit is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to serve as the lead for our Digital Marketing program. This individual will own the process from development through reporting and analysis of Qmerit’s digital footprint. This includes the ability to strategize and execute SEO and marketing ad campaigns. This position requires someone who can anticipate project needs, discern priorities, and meet deadlines in addition to having excellent communication with multiple stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can grow with our company as our event attendance has increased exponentially over the past few years.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain a calendar of Digital Marketing initiatives
- Develop, build, monitor, analyze & report on paid campaign performance across marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC, to maximize reach and engagement
- Monitor and manage budget with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
- Design, create, and report on A/B tests to drive improvements across critical metrics.
- Analyze data to make recommendations to improve existing campaigns, forecast and develop new strategies that will inform future decisions
- Partner with the data intelligence team to develop dashboards to measure campaign success and inform additional optimization opportunities
- Create and deliver management reporting materials, reports and presentations.
- Support performance marketing landing page conversion rate optimization by partnering with team and agency to idea tests, supporting test build-out, and reporting on results
- Work with marketing operations to monitor and improve lead flow and reporting processes
- Collaborate with all departments to contribute and analyze the development and implementation of all marketing and communication campaigns
- Oversee relationships with all relevant agencies, consultants, and partners
- Develop short and long-term marketing and advertising strategies for Qmerit in collaboration with leadership from all direct and indirect revenue generating departments throughout the organization
- Maximize overall revenue potential by developing initiatives to support new revenue opportunities, particularly those designed to increase leasing, brand recognition and community engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- Implement strategies to enhance organic search visibility and manage paid advertising campaigns
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, and SEO tools
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a passion for marketing
- Up-to-date knowledge of Digital Marketing trends and best practices
- Deep experience using GA4 for analysis and reporting
- Extremely organized and takes ownership of responsibilities
- Demonstrated quantitative abilities and can think creatively to decide testing methodologies and oversee optimization of campaigns to deliver results
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving digital landscape.
- Superb leadership and collaboration abilities
- Work effectively with marketing, sales and leadership teams
- Comfortable working with a remote team
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Capable to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- At least five years experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on strategy development and execution
- Two plus years of experience developing campaign strategies from inception to execution in Paid Search (SEM via Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta)
- Managing multiple stakeholders to see projects to the finish line
- Experience communicating effectively with creative and technical teams to develop cohesive strategies for campaign execution
- University Degree: four (4) year BS
- Master’s Degree preferred
Salary: $90-105K + Bonus
