Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creative design process and production management as a member of the Marketing Communications Team to support sales and marketing, public relations, strategic alliances and communications objectives within Allsup. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in graphic design as a strategic component of successful marketing, project management and production across media and digital communication channels, including print, email, video, web-desktop and web-mobile design. This individual will have superior communication skills and experience as a successful project coordinator in a fast-paced highly collaborative business environment, and work successfully with both internal and external customers and vendors.
Essential Job Functions:

1. Creating and designing marketing collateral for use across all channels and media, with a primary emphasis on Digital Marketing, including display ads, landing pages, paid social media.
2. Working with the web development team in designing for websites and social media, including graphics and infographics, branded visuals, storyboarding and video editing.
3. Designing and updating client literature and marketing materials.
4. Working with and supporting Marketing strategic objectives and tactics, including: email marketing, social media campaigns, websites and SEO, branding, PR initiatives, services and solution enhancements.
5. Production management with external vendors.
6. Assist team director(s) with budget management for projects and vendor selection.
7. Ability to understand, advise and adhere to brand standards.
8. Responsible for tracking own project workflow and ensuring all project delivery dates are met.
9. Providing quality control over own work.
10. Working with team members to deliver projects and activity against deadlines.
11. Support conference and trade show production for Sales, Strategic Alliances and other teams including trade show displays, signage, promotional products and related needs.
12. Support campaign reporting and program evaluation (i.e., email marketing campaigns, etc.).
13. Participate in marketing strategic and creative problem solving sessions.
14. Additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Essential Job Requirements:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Online Graphic Design, Design & Marketing, Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of previous graphic design and marketing experience. Strong portfolio of print and digital materials, typography, layout composition, color theory and/or other graphics.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Solid knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; and Microsoft Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Office.
Knowledge of graphic design essentials and strategic application in sales/marketing to multiple audiences, media channels and a variety of services and solutions.
Solid project and production management skills.
Must be able to work under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing business demands and project requests.
Strong proofreading skills and attention to quality.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong collaborator and team oriented to work well across all elements of the business.
Self-starter with the ability to work well independently; able to take the lead on projects.
Experience with content management systems, interned ads a plus.
Working knowledge of multimedia, video and print production processes and tools (e.g., AfterEffects, Animate, Premier Pro).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Requires substantial time sitting and typing using a computer with mouse, typewriter or adding machine.
2. Requires occasional walking, standing, bending, reaching and carrying.
3. May require occasional lifting, lowering, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs.
