What You'll Do:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you'll manage vendor contracts and oversee our online presence across locations. Your main task will be to create and launch effective Digital Marketing campaigns. You'll also support social media programs of different locations, using analytical skills to track performance and provide insights for improvement. Your role is crucial for maintaining our online success and reaching our marketing goals.

Job Duties:

• Contract outside vendors as needed.
• Administer our locations' online presence.
• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Support and develop social media programs at various locations.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance.
• Provide valuable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors in marketing and or Business (Preferred)
• Data-minded with a bias toward growth.
• Have an ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Must be inspirational, optimistic, inclusive, and engaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be organized with good time management skills.
• Computer proficiency is a must.
• Conduct industry research to identify new opportunities Track activity on a weekly basis to ensure consistency.
• Measure the success of the campaign to deem it valuable or not.
• Analyze competitors' strategies and advise on any gaps.
• Content creation, photo, and video editing for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) - required.
• Provide monthly/quarterly reports on performance, budget utilization, and suggestions on improvements and growth.
• Determine what content will reach customers, experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels, and be proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
• Proficient in Adobe, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Monitor digital traffic.

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to pass post offer background and drug test

Compensation:

• Exempt $67k-75k depending on experience and qualifications
• Full Time, On-Site Position
