Responsibilities:
- Plan and assist in the execution of all web, SEO/SEM, social media advertising campaigns.
- Manage blog and social media content entry and deployment
- Design our social media presence, oversee the build-out and maintenance
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive online sales and increase brand awareness
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating and optimizing email templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Write compelling copy for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, and advertisements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Digital Marketing and e-commerce
- Assist with product management tasks, such as conducting market research and competitor analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. university
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proficient in SEO/SEM and social media advertising campaigns.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, email marketing, and analytics
- Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other Digital Marketing tools
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Note: Sales experience or knowledge is a plus but not required for this position.

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
