The Marketing-Customer Insights Analyst position is responsible for the measurement, analysis, and reporting of marketing activities and customer behaviors-trends across all strategic channels and digital platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on website and marketing data regarding customers, markets, competitors, web behavior and campaign effectiveness through the user journey.

This newly-created position requires a strong background in web metrics, tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience looking at multiple channels to interpret and present findings in a clear and concise way to support business decisions. The ideal candidate is a passionate team player that thrives by working in a collaborative fashion through open communication and participating as an active member of the team. Elevate the effectiveness of leads, sales, and marketing programs (organic and paid media efforts) through better measurement, and analysis. The goal will be to understand ROI and understand what media campaigns are working or not working so we can adjust campaigns and efforts to gain more effective results.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce, multi-touch attribution, SQL database, Python coding, and data-visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik. This candidate should also be a passionate team player with the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Standardized Reporting: Work with internal stakeholders to determine ongoing business intelligence needs in order to design, develop and produce ongoing reports and dashboards to support the business.
  • Campaign Analysis: Provide ROI analysis of all online marketing campaigns with predefined key performance indicators, including understating the consumer journey and how many touchpoints it takes on average to book an appointment. The ideal candidate has expertise working with multiple channels, including Paid Search, Facebook and other Social Media Channels, Programmatic Display and Native Advertising, Pre-Roll, Social Display, Email Marketing (Listrak & Klaviyo) and Call Tracking (Invoca) Platforms.
  • Test Design and Analysis: Work with Marketing Director and team to create a solid test design that will produce statistically sound, actionable results. Ideal candidate has Conversion Rate Optimization [CRO] experience with hands-on experience leading website, landing page, and performance marketing A/B and multivariate testing optimization efforts for all organic and paid digital channels
  • Web Analytics: In addition to setting up standard web reports, the ideal candidate will continually mine Google Analytics for nuggets of information and insights to improve website performance.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to analyze the competitive landscape, determine brand perceptions, identify new market opportunities.
  • Set up and Manage Tracking Mechanisms: Work with web developers to implement new tracking tools and ensure they are working properly on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experienced in Salesforce, SQL (Structured Query Language) and Python Coding.
  • Possess strong knowledge and experience with multi-touch attribution (e.g. allocating credit to every touchpoint in the consumer journey, across marketing and advertising channels and tactics, and determining influence on driving a conversion event).
  • Experienced with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MODE, DOMO and SQL database tools.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics as well as experience running reports in Google Ads, Facebook, Native & Programmatic Tools, etc.
  • Experience analyzing data from WordPress, Listrak, Klayvio (or a similar ESP), and enterprise resource planning software
  • Ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of Invoca Call Tracking, Chat, and EHR and EMR Medical Health Software System (e.g. Best Notes)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and deploying data models and AI solutions in real-world applications.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and AI algorithms, with expertise in various techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years’ marketing analytics experience

  • Ability to develop professional relationships in all aspects of the position that result in stable, consistent, reliable, and courteous communication when dealing with other organizations.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • High level of verbal and written communications skills.
