As a Digital Design and user experience manager within our Agency Experience organization, you’ll shape the systems experience delivered to independent agents within our proprietary portal, ForAgentsOnly.com. You’ll lead our Experience Design group, a highly creative and collaborative team, responsible for transforming complex agent-focused business opportunities into effective B2B experiences. As a leader, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and developing the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. You’ll be hands-on every aspect of the design process, from user experience (UX) strategy and prototyping to the creation of pixel-perfect final designs that lead to agency business growth.

Location: This is a remote position. Preference for candidates local to Cleveland, Ohio or Tampa, Florida for possible in-person meetings but not a requirement.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, and a minimum of 6 years of business/digital interaction or design experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of business/digital interaction or design experience
Preferred Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD for creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes
- Demonstrated experience in Figma or similar web design programs
- Proven experience managing creative teams, fostering collaboration and driving results
- Strong project management skills; Proven track record of leading B2B design strategy initiatives, including conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations
- Proficiency or general knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or jQuery; experience collaborating with development teams to translate business partner needs into actionable design solutions
Compensation
- $97,400 - $139,200/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
