Job Summary:
The Senior Digital Designer specializes in e-commerce design and content creation, focusing on developing visually compelling content for brand identity across platforms. Responsibilities include leading content creation for websites, apps, digital ads, emails, and social media, employing various mediums such as photography, videography, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate possesses a modern design aesthetic and experience in CPG, eCommerce, and retail.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality work within brand guidelines and agreed-upon timeframes for various marketing collateral, email design, digital advertising, paid social ads, and other content creation.
Lead assigned projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop designs for multi-channel brand assets that align with business objectives and support the company’s overarching strategy.
Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to review and approve website, email, and in-app builds within our internal tools and systems.
Contribute effectively as a team member within a multidisciplinary team of creatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
2-4 years of related professional experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, or a related field.
Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design software.
Experience working on diverse digital projects, including responsive web pages, paid media, email designs, and design systems.
Proven understanding of typography, designing to a grid, and inclusive design concepts.
Ability to create designs aligned with business and technical requirements.
Pixel-perfect attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and/or Japanese and/or Korean.
Proficient in motion design, video editing, and/or illustration.
Expertise in AI design tools.
Familiarity with MKPL channels such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, etc.
Proven capability to conduct research and experiments for optimizing and auditing design performance.
Demonstrated experience in design project management.
Familiar with CRM and marketing lifecycle.
Proficient understanding of UX principles.
Knowledgeable in design systems.
Experience with front-end development using HTML and CSS.
