JOB SUMMARY
Under general direction, provides administrative support and clerical coordination for the fundraising activities for a particular area of the division of development: coordinates meetings, seminars, and events; composes correspondence and reports (both financial and administrative); maintains confidential database systems; maintains verbal and written communication with internal and external constituents; processes departmental payments; arranges travel; may supervise student staff. Provides administrative support to particular division area for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities; interacts with numerous internal and external constituents, including major donors to the University; researches and gathers information, and expedites flow of information to staff.
