Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Palo Alto, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Desktop Systems, workstations, servers, and network issues in a heterogeneous environment.
• Maintaining passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment.
• Communicating highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
• Participating in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
• Assisting in conducting training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications.
• Internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.
• Including company-wide, Web-enabled solutions.

• Supporting manufacturing environment (Zebra printers, Honeywell bar code scanners & Brady printers)

Pay: $40.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week

Length: CONTRACT (12 Months)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Installing/configuring Zebra printers, Brady printers, and Honeywell scanners.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HP printers and Safecom.

• Experience with HCM (Workday) or ERP product and productivity software.
• Experience with Dell hardware
• Ability to communicate effectively with users.
• Have troubleshooting, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
• Works effectively in teams.
• Familiar with business tools such as E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with Microsoft Intune.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
• Ability to lift to 35lb and move throughout the 3-acre campus with multiple buildings/floors.
