```Duties:```
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, software, and hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions.
- Assist with network connectivity, including VPN setup and troubleshooting.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and track support tickets using ticketing systems such as Jira.
- Conduct software and hardware upgrades as needed.
- Perform system backups and ensure data integrity.
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10) and Mac OS.
- Familiarity with mobile devices (iOS, Android) and their integration with desktop systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and find effective solutions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira is a plus.
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems is a plus.
