- We are actively seeking an IT Support Analyst.
- The responsibilities of an IT Support Analyst include responding to technical queries and issues, resolving problems in a timely manner, and providing technical recommendations.
- Ultimately, a good IT Support Analyst should be able to display excellent problem-solving skills and a solid knowledge of IT solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and email as appropriate.
- Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Perform user administration duties.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Three years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician.
- Familiarity with networking systems and protocols.
- Knowledge of remote Desktop Support systems including TeamViewer.
