Rate Range: $23-$24/Hr
Job Description:
- Experiencedo 2-5 years of related work experience, or AA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Assist and troubleshoot end-user technical issues as they arise Application support
- Experience with, Microsoft O365, All Office Products, InTune, Oracle, Java, Citrix, Cisco Any Connect, Internet browsers, and Email clients Account Create
- Experience with Active Directory account creation, deletion, reset Imaging/Support (SCCM) experience require
- Building and deploying Windows (Client) computers for new and current staff Managing hardware retrieval from staff that are off boarded from the corporation.
- Documenting all activity and interactions in the ticketing system – ServiceNow ·
