Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager

Job description:

We are currently looking to hire a highly motivated and detail oriented Senior Accountant to join our team.

Job Duty:

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, include Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Journal Entry maintenance.
• Review periodic trial balances and reconcile them with the general ledger.
• Implements, maintains, and reviews bi-weekly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
• Prepare period-end and year-end closing process.Salary: $30 - $48 per hour (Package)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• US work authorization is required.
• Bachlor degree is required.
• Master degree or CPA license is preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience is required.
• Bilingual is prefrerred (in English and Chinese).
• Solid organizational skills.Working intermediate level knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A strong analytical mindset.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Experience with ERP system. Sage ERP is preferred.
