Description:
We are looking for an onsite support resource to provide IT support for the corporate facility in Chicago. This individual will partner with the other 11 Support Technicians that sit in different locations across the US. This individually will be working to support users onsite at the local location, but will sometimes have to remotely support too.
The main duties of the role include:
-Windows 10 troubleshooting ( they will be upgrading a portion of their devices to Windows 10 in the next month)
- O-365 support (mostly email issues)
-Active Directory (pw resets, user access, create/delete accounts)
- Mobile device support
-Hardware support ( Lenovo laptops)
-Printer Support
-Vendor Management (partnering with hardware vendor to purchase new equipment and partner on troubleshooting hardware issues)
-SCCM (image new devices)
We are looking for a go-getter. Someone who is a quick learner and eager to grow. They are targeting someone who wants to take on additional tasks and even make suggestions on more efficient projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
This will be a corporate environment and this individual will need to be comfortable providing support around Directors, VPs, and C'Levels.
