Also candidate should be proficient with WIN10 / O365 & Outlook Support; Experienced Desktop support including Computer imaging and IMAC. Also for IMAC, Migrations and project support on resume. We need more candidates. This position does not require Certs but does require enterprise level onsite support history and experience. Should have hands-on experience with deployments, installation and set-up of laptops desktops and printers. There is immediate need for a resource that can start as soon as they clear D&BG.

VISION SERVICE PLAN – DESKTOP TECH II
Customer is VISION SERVICE PLAN in RANCHO CORDOVA, CA 95670
Looking for Desktop Tech II skillset. Would also expect significant experience with WIN10 / O365
Outlook Support; These skills are required along with OEM Vendor support for hardware and or
software where there is a requirement. Candidate must be willing to certify as necessary.
This role will be onsite support role that may also require experience in remote online administration
and may include support for users that are not onsite.
Desired skills
Troubleshooting skills HDWR/SFTWR.
Client environment AV support.
Depot repair diagnostic skillset, Imaging, Network and connectivity
IMAC (Install Move Add Change) and Computer imaging.
AD Provisioning
Other required certs include a minimum of 1 of 4: Comptia A+ , Network + , Server+ or Security+
Mac hardware certs not required but we will accepted in leu of the others or in consideration
for the position.
There will be OTJ Account training also required.
Position Expectations – This associate will be assuming a Desktop Tech II onsite support position.
Compensation: Pay offered @ $25.50 - $27.50 per hr. Based on skills demonstrated and qualifications
and applicable experience
Agency Max Bill Rate: $41.24
Work Schedule: Shift M-F
7am – 3:30pm
9:00am – 5:00pm
On-Call: rotating schedule
Task will include: AV support, Laptop and mobile iOS support; Microsoft and Desktop support to
include imaging, active directory and Provisioning. Asset management, decommission and IMAC,
Functional onsite support Job knowledge and experience.
COMPTIA Certifications listed specifically A+
Looking also for IMAC, Migrations and project support on resume
It is a plus if candidates have Mac hardware support experience with software and IOS support.
However, this is only considered based on a review and demonstration of candidate's Apple
support skills and Certification
Microsoft Certifications - relevant certs will be taken into consideration in lieu of experience but
will not increase payrate. Candidate must meet the requirements listed to receive max
compensation offer.
Role requirements: Will match activities, cases and projects that are assigned to team members
incorporating candidate's skillset.

Must be detailed and process-oriented, able to work independently following detailed steps,
and be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status.
Role may be physically demanding includes:
prolonged standing,
walking campus
bending, stooping and lifting and pushing
some fast paced and repetitive task
must be able to lift 40 pounds (repetitive) in some cases
Maintain high mental focus and organization
Must follow safety guidelines and be aware of environment and conditions using good
judgement and adhering to best practices.
