Desktop II support skills; WIN10 / O365 Outlook Support; IMAC and Computer imaging, AD Provisioning Experience with deskside as well as remote support. Comptia Certification A+ or Network + minimum requirement. Mac hardware certs and demonstratable competency in
supporting Mac systems not required but desireable to qualify for max pay amount. OTJ Account training also required and will be provided. .

- IMAC †" Receiving equipment, unboxing and deploying (set up, breakdown)
- Responsible to ship and track equipment to remote users and track returns documenting everything in the ticket
- Break-Fix support, changing system boards, HDDs, laptop LCDs, etc.
- Mac break-fix experience and certs
- Supporting Windows 10
- MS Office 0365
- Ability to obtain OEM Certifications as necessary.
