Position: IT Service Desk
Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Note: Must be Bilingual: Korean/English
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- Handle incoming requests, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate support teams
- MS Office Proficiency
- Communication skills – written, presentation skills, etc.
- Managing internal tasks and reporting to relevant member
- Act as system administrator of MSP+ system (Ticket Processing system)
- System Configuration
- User Support, Training, etc.
- Strong problem-finding skills
- Must have an experience in end-user support
- Ability to multi-task and deliver work under tight deadlines is essential
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
