As a Desktop Support Analyst ll, you will:
Work onsite at our Cherry Hill, New Jersey location to provide Level 2 support for all IT-related technical end user desktop issues and escalations. You will manage and maintain all end-user desktop hardware, mobile devices, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity, and provide Tier 1 support for windows, server infrastructure & Revecore deployed applications. The ideal candidate will be a confident and highly organized self-starter with first class communication and problem-solving skills.
Your Day:
End-User facing:
  • Provide Tier 2 support for all assigned support desk requests to include: managing, troubleshooting, planning, prioritizing, and tracking work efforts using the Revecore ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of user requests and issues.
  • Manage, sort, and track service requests, ensuring proper recording, documentation, and closure in the help desk tracking system.
  • Remain customer-focused, conducting follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and adhering to Revecore best practices and policies.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Cherry Hill, NJ location.
Administration:
  • Administer tasks in Active Directory, O365 Exchange Accounts and Groups, and VOIP phone systems, maintaining security account access and authorizations for end-users.
  • Create/modify login scripts, group policies, and ConnectWise Automate scripts.
  • Perform routine patching for desktops, laptops, physical servers, and virtual servers, utilizing patching utilities.
  • Maintain and administer Desktop/Laptop encryption processes.
  • Perform audits on event logs and monitoring tools, and create/modify monitoring and alerts for server environments and file share server access.
  • Image PCs to meet established departmental criteria and create documentation on standard support resolutions for future reference.
  • Deploy Windows Servers in Physical/Virtual Environments and oversee printers and print servers.
Additional Duties:
  • Participate in IT rotation for after-hours, on-call support, implement special projects or tasks as assigned, and perform light-duty facility tasks.
  • Contribute to the team's value through thoughtful discussion and collaboration, developing standard procedures for recurring service request issues.

You’ll be successful if you have:
  • 5+ years’ experience working as a Desktop Support Technician or equivalent.
  • Experience troubleshooting and installing Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365 and other Microsoft products including but not limited to: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Group Policies
  • Experience with remote Citrix, VMware Horizon solutions.
  • Experience using ConnectWise Automate or similar remote management s/w for MS scripting & administration.
  • Administration experience in Microsoft SharePoint (2010 & Modern), OpenText RightFax, eFax Corporate, VOIP phone systems (Mitel & Fuze).
  • Experience with printers and print servers.
  • Experience with VMware Virtual Servers (hosts & guests) and Vcenter.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with immense attention to details and capability to identify issues and/or improvements.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (including reading and writing).
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a sense of responsibility.
It would be nice if you had the following:
  • Any of the following certifications: Comptia A+, Network+, Security+, ITF+, Server+, M365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, MCSE, MTA IT, MCIP, Azure Fundamentals
  • Experience working with various hospital systems such as HMS, Meditech, McKesson, Affinity, !DX, Bulldog, Eclipsys, Epic, Cerner, Keane, etc.
  • Experience with regulatory and legislative authorities including HIPAA.

  • The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
