Client Serivces - Onsite Refresh Technician
East Hanover, NJ (On-Site)
Role Purpose:
- Manage Daily Refresh Deployments and peripheral swaps
- Must have solid soft skills and be a good communicator
- Must have valid license, along with the ability to lift 30lbs
- Hours of operation 8:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, monitoring and service of the desktop hardware, software and peripherals
- Troubleshoot (hardware, software, and connectivity)
- Remote Users Support via TEAMS
- Ability to maintain schedule, follow Outlook/SharePoint Calendars
- Attention to detail and ability to follow process
- Asset Management and inventory control
- Remove old device and return to stock
- Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Other Ad Hoc Activities and Reporting as required
Technical Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Windows Win10
- Full Microsoft Office Suite and Operating Systems: Win10 Word, Excel, Teams Outlook Calendar, Scheduling, and SharePoint
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with strong customer-service orientation
- Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management as well as people skills
