We are looking for Level 1Desktop Support technicians to setup a floor of 100+ desks in preparation for a massive floor move to a new dynamic environment. You will help install and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
To succeed you must be computer-savvy and the ability to move objects up to 40 lbs. You should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. You should also be familiar with simple troubleshooting techniques for hardware. During days of our moves you will accumulate hardware from one desk and move it respectively to another desk in the same fashion.
Responsibilities
- Ask proper questions to ensure all needed data is collected.
- A quick learner and the ability to follow similar steps repeatedly to ensure a proper quality level.
- Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Help create technical documentation
