Solar Crew Leader

Looking for an experienced Solar Crew Leader.

Job Description:
Must be able to handle every aspect of the solar installation process. Looking to hire someone with excellent quality work ethic. This position is not full time.

• Schedule - Monday through Friday
• Pay Type - 1099 Independent Contractor
• Pay Frequency - Daily
• Location - We install everywhere from San Diego through Los Angeles. Majority of work is within 35 miles of Covina.

Must:

• Possess Reliable transportation (Truck)
• Able to install every aspect of the Electrical Side of Solar
• Able to install every aspect of the Structural and Roof Side of Solar
• Able to install every aspect of solar batteries. Specifically Solar Edge and Enphase
• Possess a cell phone and know how to use it.
• Know how to interpret solar blue prints and put a BOM (Bill of Materials) together from just looking at it.

Preferred:

• Ability to perform main panel upgrades

Pay:

• $250 per day - General Solar Installer
• $300 per day - Lead w/ Electrical Experience (Not a Roof Lead)
• $350 per day - Lead w/ Electrical Experience & Batteries
• $400 per day - Lead w/ Electrical Experience, Batteries, and Work Truck*

*All Prices Include Gas
*Separate Pay for Inspections and Material Runs
*Leads Need to be Able to Guarantee their Work

Willing to consider other pay structures.

Pay: $250.00 - $350.00 per day
