Desktop Support

• Provide end-user support for Windows PC and Mac-related issues.
• Manage incident tickets via Service Now.
• Support meeting rooms and audio/video conferencing equipment.
• Assist with new user onboarding and IT equipment setup.
• Follow technical guides for device retirement and imaging new PCs.
• Resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Take detailed notes for ticket documentation.
• Maintain a proactive learning mindset and seek additional training.
• Support all client operating systems and handheld devices.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and hardware troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support for various technology services and escalate complex issues as needed.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
