- Provide end-user support for Windows PC and Mac-related issues.
- Manage incident tickets via Service Now.
- Support meeting rooms and audio/video conferencing equipment.
- Assist with new user onboarding and IT equipment setup.
- Follow technical guides for device retirement and imaging new PCs.
- Resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Take detailed notes for ticket documentation.
- Maintain a proactive learning mindset and seek additional training.
- Support all client operating systems and handheld devices.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and hardware troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support for various technology services and escalate complex issues as needed.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
