Rate Range: $22-$24/Hr on W2 .
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:

• Client is looking for a lower-level technical person; this can be someone new to the business, recently out of tech school, etc.
• This position will primary be involved in configuring pcs for deployment.
• This role will also include Tracking inventory, packing devices in protective packaging to prevent damage, packing devices on Pallets and shipping/receiving equipment from the loading docks utilizing pallet jacks.
• Work in the IT Configuration Centre.
• Physically Rack PCs for imaging, maintain spreadsheet of devices and the state of the image, troubleshoot devices that fail the image, Physically Un-rack the devices and prep inventory (PC and other stock) for shipments to remote sites.
• Must also perform some break/fix and end user assistance.

• Configuration and imaging Excellent CSAT, Customer Service

• Please list any nice to have certifications or skill sets: Active Directory knowledge a must and experience a plus, CompTIA A+, Imaging experience is a must
• Imaging/building Win10 computing devices
• Deskside deployment support
• Hardware support break/fix (Client laptops/desktops)
• Asset returns (data-wipe & process for disposal)
• Managing a ticket queue
• Both in-person & remote support
• Inventory management
