Job Description
This is a contract to hire, on-site role for a Desktop Support. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service to clients. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing hardware and software, providing technical support for operating systems, and assisting with customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Experience in customer support and service
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Linux
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in network administration and security is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
