- 3+ years of Desktop Support experience
- Undergraduate degree in a related field (IT, Computer Science, Network Administration, etc.)
- Experience working in a ticketing system environment, preferably Moonshot
- Troubleshooting experience (connectivity, password resets, video conferencing platforms, Cisco products, Apple operating systems, and mobile devices including Androids and iPhones)
- Familiar with quick PC build-out processes
- Comfortable presenting to internal employees

Day-to-Day
One of our Fortune 500 financial clients is looking for a Tier 2 Desktop Support Technician to join their team on-site in Wilmington, DE. He/she will be working alongside other Tier 1-3 technicians and monitoring their ticketing system. This person will also be responsible for the troubleshooting of passwords, video conferencing platforms, Cisco switches/firewalls/routers, Apple operating systems, and mobile devices including Androids and iPhones. This resource should also be familiar with the PC build-out process and be comfortable presenting to internal employees. This role is on-site 4 days per week in Sioux Fall and remote the remaining day.
