Job Description:
Essential Functions:
- Review and translate engineering documents from semiconductor equipment manufacturers to facility design document for construction.
- Create new and manage existing construction designs and layouts that meets semiconductor industry and safety regulation.
- Produce 2D and 3D equipment point to point diagrams and connections for semiconductor equipment.
- Assess electrical, mechanical and exhaust connections and manage their relationships to existing building connections (base build).
Position is 100% onsite.
Basic Qualifications:
A candidate must meet ALL the below criteria. The candidate must:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant semiconductor experience; Associate degree with 4 years of relevant semiconductor experience.
- Drafting experience using CAD software (AutoCAD).
- Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
- The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

- Have practical understanding and application of safety regulations, standards, principles, theories, and techniques.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Strong competency in industrial construction trades.
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize a variety of activities for timely response and results.
- Excellent problem solving, written and verbal communications skills.
- Previous experience working in a union environment.
- Previous experience working with hazardous process inputs.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
