At Apollo Dermatology (Exclusively Physician Owned - Arjun Dupati, MD), our primary focus is to provide the best care for our patients. We are looking to hire a creative and hard working front desk receptionist in the next 2 weeks to join our growing team. Our schedule is THREE 8 hour days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). Clinic is from 9 AM - 5PM. This qualifies as a PART TIME position. You will be paid during your lunch period as well.
*We are looking for a Medical Assistant to assist in clinic, Monday and Tuesday's ONLY*
Applicants will be required to do:
- Room patients + review medical history
- Stock and clean rooms
- Clean and autoclave instruments
- Return patient phone calls
- Send out pathology specimens and lab orders
- Have knowledge of electronic medical records, computer skills (We use EZDerm EMR)
- Administer medication by injection
- Assist physician with surgical procedures, such as surgical excisions, shave biopsy, punch biopsy and ED & C procedures
- Give patient biopsy results
- Schedule patients for appropriate treatments
- Assist with questions pertaining to patients individualized treatment plans
