Dermatology Institute of Detroit is a new dermatology practice in Dearborn, MI that will be specialized in Mohs micrographic surgery for skin cancer as well as general dermatologic surgery.

Responsibilities:
- Assist dermatologists in providing patient care and treatment
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Take patient histories and record vital signs
- Perform basic medical procedures such as wound care, suture removal, and dressing changes
- Administer medications as directed by dermatologists
- Provide patient education on skincare and treatment plans
- Assist with dermatological surgeries and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Medical administrative support experience in a dermatology or hospital setting
-Knowledge of basic medical terminology and life support
- Familiarity with dermatological procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Experience in medication administration under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Prior experience in providing direct patient care, preferably in a dermatology clinic

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 24 per week
