Dental Treatment Coordinator

Well Established since 1991, dental practice seeking a mature, friendly and courteous professional to fill a full-time front office Dental Treatment Coordinator position for our Rancho Niguel Dental practice located in Laguna Niguel. It is important that you are a team player; possess excellent organizational skills, professional and courteous phone etiquette.

This location is busy with 3 doctors and 6 hygienists.

Duties will include but not limited to: Scheduling patients, insurance billing and maintaining patient schedules. To excel in this position, 1-3 years of Dental Treatment coordinating experience with HMO (managed care) and PPO Insurance is a must. The ideal candidate will have/be able to:

· Thorough knowledge of dental terminology

· Knowledge of ADA codes

· Coordinate benefits with both HMO & PPO and dual insurance patients

· Computer savvy

· Accounts receivable / collections

· Hard working/ self-motivated/ able to multitask

Applicants without dental experience will not be considered.

Hours: Mon-Thur. 7:50am-5:00 pm Friday until 2pm (5 days per week)
