Scheduling coordinator:

· Is the master designer of our office schedule

· schedules to goal and in an organized excellent fashion.

· Answers the phone in an elegant and smile inducing way

· Spreads joy with their work and demeanor

· Confirms reserved time for our guests/patients with their smile specialist and health caretaker

· Emphasizes the importance of the reservation to maintain the appointment

Benefits will be discussed if you are the missing person we have been looking for. Salary is $15-18+ per hour depending on experience/education, etc.

The position is for a FULL-TIME position, 5 days a week – 7:30am to 5:30pm MOST days
