Service Electric of Louisiana is a small business in Opelousas, LA. We are offer a professional environment, and our goal is to Provide high quality Electrical contracting Services on time and under budget.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate daily homeowner stops and appointments
- Manage and maintain the daily rough-ins and trim-out schedules
- Ensure that all homes are properly documented and confirmed
- Answer phone calls and respond to builder and customer inquiries regarding appointments and services
- Provide excellent customer service to customer, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain home records and ensure confidentiality
- Collaborate with the General manager and Builders to ensure efficient scheduling and work flow
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing
Experience:
- Previous experience in mechanical construction area be it electrical hvac or plumingand administrative support or scheduling coordination preferred
- Familiarity with electrical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and scheduling software "ACT"
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer Skills, knowledge of Excel, Word and outlook preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
