SalaryShared Practices Group is hiring a Remote Manager to add to our growing team. This person must be a team player, passionate about serving his/her offices’ needs, maintaining a cadence of accountability, and committing to inspire peak performance from his/her teams. Base pay: $75,000 salary with the ability to earn bonuses based upon practice collections and profitability. Healthcare stipend and more.
The three biggest functions of a Remote Manager at SPG are driving practice success through understanding metrics, training and empowering his/her practice teams, and supporting his/her practices in solving challenges.
Must have prior dental experience as a regional manager or office manager.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
