We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our Patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome Patients with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages
-Checking patient In and out for their appointments
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for dental providers
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
-Collect copays from patients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- experience in Dental or Medical office preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
