SalaryOral surgery practice in the Rancho Del Rey area of Chula Vista is seeking a full-time dental front office person. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail oriented, a team player, have excellent customer service and computer skills along with dental front office experience. Back office experience and a foreign language is a plus.
The duties include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, data entry, online insurance billing; and having discussions with patients regarding finances/insurance. The position has the possibility of expanding these duties depending on the need of the office.
Benefits start after the first year of employment, which includes 5 days sick pay, 5 paid holidays, and a retirement plan. A 401(k) is also available, at the employees option.
