Dental Receptionist / Patient Services Representative

At American Dental our goal is to make each patient's dental experience comfortable and treat every patient as they are a member of our family! We are looking for a qualified full-time Front Desk receptionist to act as the first point of contact for patients in our Dental office. We currently are offering training new employees with no experience to join our team!

To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated, highly organized, a good communicator, and have the talent to inspire teams. It is important that the prospective candidate understands how to communicate with patients and multi-task answering calls. Comparable salary with room to grow! Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and guests upon arrival
• Answers phone calls and emails
• Confirm and updates patient identification, demographic and insurance information
• Present treatment plan options
• Track case acceptance and coordinate follow ups
• Run reports and track other key performance indicators
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be able to read and communicate over the telephone and in person.
• Strong computer skills
