SalaryWe are looking for an energetic, outgoing, confident personality to fill our receptionist/treatment coordinator position! The ideal candidate will have worked in customer service, excel at multi-tasking, and have dental experience. Job responsibilities include: presenting treatment plans to patients, processing and reviewing insurance plans and claims, collecting payments, answering patient questions via phone/email, scheduling patients, billing, and managing the front office. This is a position that places you in direct contact with our patients all day long, so we are looking for a bright personality that will be able to manage and navigate patient relationships with poise, confidence, and professionalism.
The position is available starting April 2024 and compensation depends on experience, which will be discussed during the interview. We will not consider any candidates without a professional resume!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
