Our Dental Office has a full-time opening for a friendly and reliable receptionist to help support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service and will be efficient, organized and dependable. The receptionist is often the first person patients speak to when they enter our office, so we're looking for a person who has experience working with the public and is capable of answering questions about our services and interacting with patients in a professional manner. We're also looking for an individual who can take initiative, handle multiple tasks at once and is responsible for answering phones and greeting patients during business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, greet patients, and provide paperwork.
- Maintain cleanliness of office and patient rooms.
- Perform basic office duties such as filing and data entry.
- Inform patients about their insurance coverage.
- Be a supportive member of the dentist's team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
