Dental Receptionist

Signature Smiles Dental is an anxiety free and sedation dentistry practice with state-of-the-art dental services. We are family owned with 3 locations in Brunswick, Streetsboro, and Elyria. We pride ourselves in our passion to provide excellent care.

We are hiring a Part Time or Full Time Dental Receptionist for our busy dental practice in Streetsboro, Ohio. The Dental Receptionist is an administrative professional who handles the administrative tasks within the office.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients when they arrive at the dentist’s office.
• Schedule appointments for patients.
• Maintain patient accounts and records.
• Assist patients in filling out required forms.
• Confirm appointments with patients via phone or email.
• Manage and organize specialist referrals.
• Inform patients of payment options.
• Keep track of office supplies and place orders for more supplies when necessary.
• Update patient insurance information.
• Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail.
• Ensure reception area is maintained and professional in appearance.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of office experience required.
• 2+ years of phone experience and customer relations experience required.
• Knowledge of Open Dental software preferred.
• Experience with insurance required.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Consistently professional appearance and attitude.

What We Will Pay:

• Salary: $32,000-$40,000
