Dental Receptionist

• Open position for dental office receptionist. HIRING IMMEDIATELY!!

Immediate opening for a reliable, self motivated, team member. The candidate should have excellent customer service/telephone skills, be efficient, well organized, and possess great work ethic. Dental experience preferred but not required.
Ability to multitask
Scheduling
Bilingual- Spanish.
Responsibilities:
-Schedule and confirm appointments for dentist and dental hygienist
-Organize patient appointments to maximize daily schedule
-Complete insurance verifications
-Perform routine front desk activities including answering phones, greeting visitors, organizing materials, filling out forms and filing as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
