We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist with experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, understand dental terminology, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality care to our patients and helping them achieve their dental health goals.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide them with information about the practice.
- Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients.
- Answer phone calls and emails from patients and other dental offices.
- Manage patient records, including filing, scanning, and updating information.
- Collect payments from patients and process insurance claims.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Ideal candidate will have assisting skills
- Dental assisting background a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
