Dental Receptionist

Our small private practice is looking for a front office receptionist/treatment coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and ensuring a smooth flow of patients throughout the day. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will contribute to the overall success of our dental office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify and update patient information in the Dentrix system
- Collect and process payments from patients
- Assist with insurance claims and billing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in using OpenDental or similar dental practice management software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
