Dental Receptionist

We are a private PPO dental office looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. Preferably 1 year experience.

Responsibilities:

· Schedule appointments in person and over the phone

· Register new patients, prepare patient records, and re-call returning patients for scheduled visits.

· Calling insurance companies to verify insurance and check insurance benefits

· Communicating with patients to make sure they understand their benefits

Qualifications:

· Experience with Eaglesoft dental software

· Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

· Able to understand CDT codes and EOB’s for dental insurance

· Able to understand dental treatment plans

· Ability to work independently and multi-task

· Excellent customer service and telephone skills

· Professional demeanor and work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
