Dental Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients to the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using MOGO software
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Collect and update patient information
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with billing and financial transactions
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Manage the front desk area and ensure a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role in a medical setting
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with dental office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
