SalaryResponsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments for patients using OpenDental software
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Provide excellent patient service and address any inquiries or concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with dental or medical scheduling systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
