Front desk Dental office:
Dentrix, check in patients , process claims and make future appointments, collect copays Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Manage office files and ensure proper organization and maintenance
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Oversee front desk operations, including managing reception area and directing visitors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with vendor management is a plus
