Front Desk Patient Coordinator needed for small, privately owned, general dental practice in Boca Raton.
Minimum 1 year Experience in Dentistry required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must.
- Pay starts at $20-$25/hr, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients in the dental office
- Answer telephones
- Schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Collect payments from patients
- Verify insurance benefits
- Communicate with dental labs, specialists
- Assist administrative staff as needed
- Maintain a clean and tidy Front Desk and reception area
Skills
- At least 1 year proven experience as Dental Assistant, Dental Front Desk, Patient Coordinator or Scheduling Coordinator
- English/Spanish bilingual required
- Experience with dental Practice Management Software (Dentrix preferred)
- Knowledge of dental terminology and ADA codes
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
