Our dental practice is looking for an individual willing to float between the front office and assisting the doctor, with efficiency.
Front office: Greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling / rescheduling appointments, locating and entering insurance information. Creating and presenting treatment plans, filing insurance claims and monitoring outstanding claims.
Dental assisting: Assisting with dental procedures as needed. Breaking down and sterilizing operatories, instrument sterilization , and fabricating temporary crowns.
We would like for you to be proficient in using Eaglesoft software, at least 2 years front office experience. Must be willing to learn and look ahead for tasks that need to be done that may not be obvious or explicitly stated. Must be a team player.

Our company is growing rapidly and we need to keep up with the fast pace growth of our office.
The schedule that you would be working is 11:00AM to 7:00PM or 10:00AM to 6:00PM.
You would have 1 day off during the week to make sure you are able to work 6 days including Saturdays and if office is open on Sunday, and get up to (but not over) 40 hours.
Example: work Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat & Sun. Off Wed and Thurs.
We are open on Sundays as well, but not every week.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
