- Management of all financial aspects of practice.
- Scheduling of client appointments, check-in, and check-out of patients with the help of a team.
- Working with insurance claims and the insurance team.
- Working with marketing and public team.
- Implementing procedures and policies as given by Apex management.
- Helping Apex management to answer any matter with states, boards, and govt agencies.
- Managing office support personnel.
- Developing and implementing efficient office procedures as given by Apex Management.
- Working on patient balances, refunds, and sending accounts to a collection agency.
- Answer complicated matters on patient balances.
- Treatment plan presentation or working with treatment plan coordinator.
- Working with the infrastructure team to maintain office infrastructure.
- Willing to improve the revenue and profit margin of Apex Dental.
Qualifications:
- Very recent experience in a dental office must.
- Experience in a dental office environment performing various roles, and duties.
- Strong in handling people, employees, customers, and doctors.
- Education more than High School, preferably graduate.
- Business Management, Health Administration, Public Health, or related discipline, STRONGLY Preferred.
