Dental Front Office

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Dental Front Office professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. Your primary duties will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance claims. Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, taking into account availability of dentists and hygienists
• Maintain patient records in an accurate and confidential manner, ensuring proper documentation of treatments and procedures
• Collect and process patient payments
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth flow of patient care, resolving scheduling conflicts as needed
• Adhere to all privacy regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in dental office administration is a plus
• Prior experience in a dental office setting strongly preferred
• Proficient in using dental practice management software and computer systems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is highly desirable
• Professional and friendly demeanor, with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and empathy
