Dental Office Director (Treatment & Sales)
UDG is under new management and is hiring a new Director to work closely with the CEO. This position has heavy requirements, ideal for someone who likes to wear many hats, but is unique as its compensation structure is very competitive and includes a bonus (based on sales volume).
Responsibilities:
- Work directly under the CEO
- Provide excellent customer service
- Greet and check patients in and out before and after their appointments
- Meet or exceed individual and office sales goals
- Serve as the point of contact when patient issues arise
- Collect and document information related to new patients
- Introduce patients to the practice and present treatment plans and fees during the exam process
- Assist the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment
- Conduct financial consultations with existing patients when new treatment plans are presented
- Manage and maintain payment options and policies for patients to uphold the practice's financial integrity
- Understand the practice's policy on working with benefit plans and be prepared to educate patients on their dental benefits
- Communicate with all outside and third-party financing companies offered to patients and educate patients on the available financing options
- Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment
- Perform general office duties and other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Korean speaking is a significant plus, but not required
- Previous sales experience is a must. We'll teach you the rest!
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office software, including spreadsheets and presentations
